Weights fit into the channels, which help keep them in place and evenly distributed in the pad. Included metal weight "puller" is designed to help insert the weights in the channels. The 4-pound weight packs (sold separately) are made of a neoprene sheet laminated with fabric and filled with iron sands. Assorted-color pad in Medium size measures 18 L x 10 W inches and is machine washable. Note: Remove the weights prior to washing.
