Description

The Physical Activity Box Features over 500 activity/picture cards promoting moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA). It also includes relaxation and stretching exercises to assist with cool-downs and transitions as well as two music CDs that energize and motivate children to get up and moving. Activities and games that refine developing locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative skills, and foster a love of exercise are included.
