CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) is an evidence-based, coordinated school and after-school health program that promotes physical activity, healthy food choices, and tobacco avoidance for children in pre-K through grade 8. CATCH Kids Club (CKC) is a physical activity and nutrition education program designed for elementary and middle school children in after-school and summer settings. The program offers a user-friendly format with fun, ready-made physical activities and nutrition education materials that are easy for program managers to follow and deliver.
