Vest is made of comfortable neoprene with loop-compatible outer skin while the body wrap and straps utilize strong hook along with loop closures. It has 10 in x 40 in torso wrap with 24 in shoulder straps, fits snugly next to the body and does not shift as the child moves which makes it convenient to be worn under clothing if desired.
