Constructed of all-birch panels and solid maple, this Childcraft Extended Height Basic Loft features high hand rails on the steps and a low angle of descent in the stairs. Loft features deep 10 inch treads and a fully carpeted upper base. Features 52-5/8 inch headroom. Loft platform measures 96 x 48 inches. 11 feet 10-1/8 inches W x 4 feet D x 7 feet 4 inches H overall. Double loft has 1000 pound weight capacity. Recommended age range is 2-5 years old. NOTE: The minimum ceiling height for this loft is 10 feet.
