Jack Richeson Blanket Catcher for baby press in white measures 10-1/2 in x 19 in x 1/16 in and is endorsed when printmaking to reduce the strain on the upper roll shaft of press. Blankets have much density with more fiber and catcher blanket is placed directly on top of damp printing paper to catch the sizing from the paper. The cushion blanket is placed on top of the catcher while the pusher on the very top. The catcher blanket requires formal washing so that it does not become rigid from the paper's sizing residue.
