Science First Simple Truss Demonstration Model is used to show and quantify the effect of force on a mechanical derrick or truss. Basic model gives an interesting introduction to simple bridge building by exploring compressions, tensions and force and equilibrium. Model has a half-meter knife edge with hooks on both ends, V-shaped clamp; and instructions. Ring stand, weights, & spring scale sold separately.
